Return Policy

In order to provide a better shopping experience and better after-sales service, SANTUZZA will provide a 7 days return policy. 

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.
 
Return Conditions

1.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted; 

2.The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 7 days from when the original order was received.

3.All returned items must be in original condition and have not been used or modified;

4.Customized products, such as customized metal color ,or engrave personal number/ letter, are not allow to return or exchange;

5.For personal reasons to return or exchange items, Customer will have to bear the return shipping charge on your own.

6.When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

7.For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Please do not return the Items to the address on your page/package, as this is not our return address. Once the wrong address is returned, we will not be able to handle the return process properly.

Return Process

If customer do not satisfied with our items after received them, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods and follow the below steps:

STEP 1 :  Log in your account, click “My Orders” find the order number and item SKU;

STEP 2:  Please contact us san@santuzzajewelry.com  to authorize before any return shipment. And please provide the order number, item SKU, quantity, and return reason to us. If there are any quality issues, please attach clear photo;

STEP 3:  If return request is authorize, SANTUZZA will provide the actual return address.

STEP 4:  Pack and ship the items with our labels and packing.

STEP 5:  Please provide your return tracking number to us;

STEP 6:  SANTUZZA will contact you within 5 working days after we receive the returned parcel;

STEP 7 :  If the returned items are in good condition SANTUZZA will issue refund accordingly.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested

* Any Shipping charge, Duty or Tax is non-refundable.
